"Need to fine tune customer onboarding! Kind of a terrible new customer experience with below-grade delivery of the basics - legal waiver process, ticketing, rentals. Bar crew was on point though. Slopes were enjoyed by all on a nearly 50 degree day!"

"We went here for three private snowboarding lessons. The instructors are nice and very helpful. Shoutout to Frank who was nice and had many helpful tips. The lift was nice and they slowed it down for us when we got of. The slopes are nice and groomed. They are good for beginners and we are happy with the improvements we made during our lessons."

"10/10!! We had the best day at ski ward. Amazing & friendly staff out by the lifts and inside the lodge. Had the Mac& cheese and drinks in the lodge as well and it was so good! Perfect snow conditions and such a fun little park!"

"We had a very good experience with management at Ski Ward—especially Michelle—after someone mistakenly took our daughter’s skis. She was helpful, responsive, and made a stressful moment much easier. We also really appreciate the preseason lessons offered for young kids starting at age 3. They were a great way for our kids to get comfortable on the snow when the weather was warmer. Very family and beginner friendly!"

"We only did tubing and it was actually elite winter chaos Zero skill required — just grab a tube, sit down, and prepare to scream. The runs are fast enough to feel dramatic but still super safe, so you can fully commit to the fun with your friends. Every ride down felt like a main character moment. 10/10 snow day energy. Would absolutely go back and be unhinged again"

"A hidden gem, tucked away from the city-making it an ideal spot to learn to ski and hang with family and friends. Short lift lines with some of the best corduroy in the state; consistent and smooth no matter what time of day, even at night! When the legs are burning I enjoy settling in at the cozy lodge with a large variety of beer on tap and the best tendies around. Family run and friendly staff, do yourself a..."

"Ski Ward was a BLAST! I participated in snow tubing with my friend and we enjoyed the entire experience. Being that it was our first time— we found the instructions to be simple, a fast and efficient system to load our tubes, and a fun activity for all to enjoy. The atmosphere is family friendly, spacious, caters to all levels of the snow activities, and located in a convenient spot in Shrewsbury. The next time we go back we will..."

"For beginners on the magic carpet it’s better to go to Wachusset. The guy here doesn’t stop the carpet even kids fall. He sits in the booth looking at his phone. Multiple times it happened. It is like a blue magic carpet whereas Wachusset is like a green. The good thing tho is they don’t have the ski nazis like Wachusset yelling at you for every little infraction."
